What You'll Do:

Perform general landscape maintenance including mowing, edging, trimming, and blowing using professional-grade equipment Assist in the installation of plants, trees, shrubs, mulch, topsoil, and other landscaping materials Help with seasonal tasks including spring and fall cleanups, leaf removal, and snow preparation Maintain flower beds, trim hedges, and remove weeds to keep properties looking their best Operate hand tools and power equipment safely and efficiently Follow direction from crew leaders and ensure work is completed on time and to company standards Support other crews or divisions (tree work, plant health care, etc.) as needed Clean up job sites at the end of each day and perform equipment maintenance checks

What We're Looking For:

At least 1 year of landscaping experience preferred (but we're willing to train the right person) Comfortable working in outdoor conditions including heat, rain, and cold Ability to lift 50+ lbs repeatedly and stay active throughout the day Dependable with a strong work ethic and positive attitude Team player who can follow instructions and communicate clearly Valid PA driver's license required Willingness to grow in the company and possibly move into higher-level roles over time
