April 6, 2026 Full-Time Locations Showing 1 location Business Office 2011 Scotland Avenue Chambersburg, PA 17201, USA Job Details Description The Groundskeeper will be responsible for general grounds and maintenance work that includes but is not limited to: grass cutting, landscaping, weeding, and pest control and event set-ups. This role will have interaction with residents, guests and team members of Menno Haven. The Groundskeeper should have general knowledge and experience in grounds keeping along with familiarity of regulations pertaining to the use of herbicides and pesticides.

Qualifications:

Must be at least 18 years of age Previous experience in grounds maintenance Knowledge of pesticides and herbicides Knowledge of equipment maintenance Positive attitude and good customer service skills Strong communication skills Must be able to work independently and as a team Must be able to work in all weather conditions Must be available to assist with snow removal Benefits (dependent on eligibility): Excellent Health, Dental and Vision plans Group Life Insurance Pet Insurance Loyalty Bonuses Employee Assistance Program Generous PTO 403(b)

Retirement Plan Shift:
