Landscape Crew Member/Team Leader

Job Overview:

Ludwig's Landscaping is seeking reliable and hardworking individuals to join our team for the upcoming season. We are hiring both crew members and crew leaders to assist with landscaping and hardscaping projects. This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys working outdoors and being part of a growing company.

Requirements:

Valid U.S. driver's license Reliable transportation / ability to commute Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions Strong work ethic and reliability Landscaping or construction experience preferred

Responsibilities:

Perform lawn maintenance (mowing, edging, trimming, blowing) Complete landscaping tasks (mulching, planting, pruning, cleanups) Assist with hardscape installations (patios, walkways, retaining walls) Operate equipment (zero-turn mowers, standers, walk-behinds, trimmers, blowers) Support irrigation, aeration, and fertilization services Maintain tools and equipment Crew Leader Responsibilities (if applicable): Lead a small crew on job sites Ensure quality and efficiency of work Communicate with clients when needed Keep projects on schedule
