Description Poor College Kid Landscaping LLC (104 Poppy Place, Cranberry Township, PA) needs 10 (ten) temporary (full-time, 40 hours per week) Lawn Maintenance Crew Members in Butler County and Allegheny County from 5/1/2026 - 11/15/2026. Will offer a wage of $18.69/hr. Overtime may be available at $28.04/hr. 8:00am-5:00pm M-F. Landscape or maintain grounds of property using hand or power tools or equipment. Workers typically perform a variety of tasks, which may include any combination of the following: sod laying, mowing, edging, blowing, trimming, planting, watering, fertilizing, digging, raking, remove shrubs, laying stone, and installation of mortarless segmental concrete masonry wall units. Extensive stooping and bending required and must be able to lift 60 lbs. No education required. One-month similar work experience required. Employer provides required tools/equipment at no charge. Employer provides transportation to and from all work sites. Optional employer arranged housing available at a weekly payroll deduction for up to $115/week. For certified periods of employment lasting 120 days or more: The employer guarantees to offer work for hours equal to at least three-fourths of the workdays in each 12-week period of the total employment period. If the worker completes 50% of the work contract period, employer will reimburse the worker for transportation and subsistence. Upon completion of the work contract or where the worker is dismissed earlier, employer will provide or pay for worker's reasonable costs of return transportation and subsistence back home or to the place the worker originally departed to work, except where the worker will not return due to subsequent employment with another employer. The amount of transportation payment or reimbursement will be equal to the most economical and reasonable common carrier for the distances involved. Daily subsistence will be provided at a rate of $16.28 per day during travel to a maximum of $68.00 per day with receipts. Employer will use a single workweek as its standard for computing wages. Workers will be paid weekly. Employer will make all deductions from the worker's paychecks required by law. Employer will reimburse the H-2B worker in the first workweek for all visa, visa processing, border crossing, and other related fees, including those mandated by the government, incurred by the H-2B worker (excluding passport expenses or other charges).
