Lawn Care/Landscaping Crew Member

Overview We are seeking dedicated and hardworking Lawn Care Crew Members to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for providing high-quality lawn care and maintenance services to our clients. You will work outdoors, utilizing various tools and equipment to ensure that landscapes are healthy, attractive, and well-maintained. If you have a passion for working with nature and enjoy physical labor, this position is perfect for you. Duties Perform landscape maintenance tasks including mowing, trimming, edging, and blowing debris from lawns and hardscapes. Utilize hand tools and power tools effectively to maintain lawns and gardens. Assist in the installation and maintenance of hardscape features such as patios, walkways, and retaining walls. Maintain equipment by ensuring it is clean, serviced, and in good working condition. Collaborate with team members to complete projects efficiently while adhering to safety standards. Provide excellent customer service by communicating effectively with clients regarding their landscape needs. Qualifications Previous experience in landscape maintenance or lawn care is preferred but not required. Strong mechanical knowledge to operate and maintain various lawn care equipment. Ability to work outdoors in varying weather conditions while performing physical tasks. Must be reliable, punctual, and able to work as part of a team. A valid driver's license may be required depending on job duties.
