Duties Perform landscape maintenance tasks, including mowing, trimming, and edging lawns. Dig and prepare soil for planting, ensuring proper irrigation and drainage. Maintain flower beds, shrubs, and trees through regular pruning and trimming. Operate hand tools and mechanical equipment safely and efficiently. Irrigate landscapes according to specific needs, ensuring optimal plant health. Assist with groundskeeping duties to enhance the overall appearance of properties. Collaborate with team members to complete projects on time and to high standards. Requirements Proven experience in landscape maintenance or related fields is preferred, but not required. Mechanical knowledge to operate various landscaping equipment effectively. Ability to use hand tools safely and efficiently for various tasks. Strong physical stamina to perform manual labor in outdoor settings. Attention to detail with a focus on delivering high-quality results.
