This role offers an exciting opportunity for someone with a passion for grounds maintenance, facilities upkeep, and property management. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for ensuring the property remains pristine, well-kept, and operationally efficient. Your proactive approach and attention to detail will contribute to creating an inviting environment for residents, visitors, and staff alike. Responsibilities Perform routine landscaping tasks including mowing, trimming, planting, and watering to keep outdoor areas vibrant and healthy Conduct general property maintenance such as repairing fences, cleaning gutters, and maintaining walkways Operate various tools and equipment including mowers, trimmers, and basic power tools safely and efficiently Assist with residential painting projects and minor carpentry repairs as needed Maintain facility systems by troubleshooting electrical issues, working with schematics, and using tools like ohmmeters for diagnostics Oversee safety inspections and ensure compliance with health and safety regulations across the property Supervise or coordinate with vendors or contractors for specialized maintenance tasks such as welding or mechanical repairs Use CMMS (Computerized Maintenance Management System) software to track work orders, maintenance schedules, and inventory Experience Proven experience in groundskeeping or property maintenance roles with a focus on facilities upkeep Mechanical knowledge including familiarity with programmable logic controllers (PLCs), schematics, electrical systems, and mechanical components Hands-on experience in welding, electrical troubleshooting, residential painting, and basic carpentry repairs Supervising or leadership experience in maintenance or manufacturing environments is highly desirable Strong customer service skills to interact professionally with residents or clients when needed Knowledge of CMMS systems for work order management and maintenance tracking Ability to read schematics and operate testing tools such as ohmmeters effectively Excellent communication skills in English to understand instructions clearly and document work accurately Join us to be part of a dynamic team committed to excellence in property care!
