You will be integral to maintaining and enhancing the beauty of our outdoor spaces. Reporting to the Landscape Supervisor, your role involves executing landscape maintenance tasks, including lawn care, tree care, and irrigation. Your core skills in landscaping and supervising will ensure that projects are completed efficiently and to a high standard. Additionally, your relevant experience in gardening, horticulture, and groundskeeping will contribute to creating inviting environments. Join us in delivering exceptional landscape services and fostering a vibrant community. All Employees must be able to: Meet physical demands of the job, including working in extreme weather conditions such as extreme heat, and cold as well as rain Be dependable, and consistently at work and on time, and commits to required hours on the job Able and willing to learn all aspects of lawn maintenance Able and willing to learn all aspects of landscape installation including but not limited to mulch and flower installation, tree and shrub installation, drainage solutions, irrigation, landscape lighting, hardscapes, and more Use tools such as shovels, rakes, pruning saws, saws, hedge and brush trimmers Mow and edge lawns, using power mowers and edgers Prune and trim trees, shrubs, and hedges, using shears, pruners, or chainsaws Blow debris from driveways, walkways and parking lots Care for established lawns by mulching, aerating, weeding, grubbing and removing thatch, and trimming and edging around flower beds and walkways to make landscapes look extra polished Trim and remove dead plant material and remove weeds from beds Plant seeds, bulbs, foliage, flowering plants, grass, ground covers, trees, and shrubs, and apply mulch, using appropriate tools
