Role Description This is a full-time on-site position based in Gilbertsville, PA. The Lawn & Landscape Crew Member will be responsible for performing lawn mowing, string trimming, edging, landscape maintenance, mulch installation, seasonal cleanups, planting, and other outdoor property maintenance services for residential and commercial customers. Team members will operate professional landscaping equipment including zero-turn mowers, trimmers, blowers, and other tools to complete work efficiently while maintaining high-quality results. This position requires working outdoors in a physically active, fast-paced environment. Responsibilities Operate zero-turn mowers and lawn maintenance equipment Perform weed whacking, trimming, edging, and blowing Assist with landscaping projects including mulch, planting, and cleanups Maintain clean and professional job sites Work efficiently as part of a team Follow safety procedures and company standards Deliver quality work with strong attention to detail Qualifications Experience operating zero-turn mowers preferred Landscaping or lawn care experience preferred Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions Strong work ethic and positive attitude Ability to work in a fast-paced environment Dependable transportation required Valid driver's license preferred Ability to lift, walk, and perform physical labor throughout the day Team-oriented mindset with pride in quality workmanship What We Offer Competitive pay based on experience Opportunity for career growth within a growing company Consistent work and hands-on experience Supportive team environment Active outdoor work environment

Pay:
