Groundskeeper - Full Time

We're currently seeking a hands-on Maintenance Technician for a manufactured home community in Greensburg, PA. This is a true generalist role for someone who enjoys variety and can take a task list and run with it. You'll support a community with 200+ lots across 60+ acres, handling a mix of basic plumbing, painting, minor renovations, grounds work, and seasonal snow plowing (training provided). Responsibilities Complete general maintenance and light renovation work across homes and common areas (painting, patching, minor repairs) Handle basic plumbing tasks such as toilet changes, water line hookups, and simple pipe work Maintain curb appeal through grounds work including mowing and seasonal cleanup Support winter operations including snow plowing (training provided) Work independently to prioritize and complete assigned work orders across the community Qualifications Prior maintenance experience in property, residential, commercial, or community settings Comfortable with basic plumbing work (toilets, hookups, minor pipe repairs) Willingness to work outdoors in all seasons, including groundskeeping and snow removal Full-time availability (40 hours/week) Reliable transportation and ability to commute locally to Greensburg, PA Perks Earn up yo $19/hour with overtime opportunities and a guaranteed 5% annual raise!
