OPEN POSITIONS

Ground Technician (Entry-Level to Skilled) Climber / Arborist (Trainee to Experienced)

WHAT YOU'LL DO

Ground Technicians Drag brush, feed chipper, rake, and clean job sites Assist climbers with ropes, rigging, and equipment Learn professional knots and lowering techniques Set up jobsite safety zones and protect property Climbers Perform aerial tree work and technical removals Manage rigging systems and precision cuts Direct ground crew and plan job execution Maintain high safety and professional standards

WHAT WE EXPECT

(NON-NEGOTIABLE) Show up on time , ready to work Bring your own lunch and water Maintain good hygiene and clean work clothes Wear high-visibility orange or yellow shirts (company shirts provided after first week) Follow all equipment and truck safety rules Respect customers, coworkers, and property Be coachable and willing to learn Tree work is physical. You will sweat. Extra shirts are a good idea.

DRIVER & VEHICLE REQUIREMENTS

Valid driver's license required Clean driving record required to operate company trucks Only authorized employees may drive company vehicles Safe, defensive driving is mandatory at all times

SKILLS & EXPERIENCE

Experience is a plus, not required for ground positions Climbers must understand or be willing to learn: Rope systems and rigging Safe saw handling aloft Crew communication and leadership Ground techs will be trained to learn: Timber hitch, cow hitch, running bowline Rope handling and basic rigging support
