Landscaper/Groundskeeper

Job Summary We are seeking a motivated and energetic Landscaper/Groundskeeper to join our dynamic outdoor maintenance team. In this role, you will be responsible for maintaining and enhancing the beauty, safety, and functionality of outdoor spaces across various properties. Your work will directly contribute to creating inviting, well-kept landscapes that leave a lasting positive impression. Responsibilities Perform lawn care duties including mowing, edging, fertilizing, and weed control to ensure lush, healthy grass throughout the seasons. Conduct landscape maintenance tasks such as planting, pruning, trimming trees and shrubs, and installing new landscaping features. Operate hand tools and power tools safely and efficiently for tasks like digging, planting, edging, and pruning. Maintain hardscape elements including pathways, patios, retaining walls, and other outdoor structures through routine inspections and repairs. Assist with irrigation system installation and maintenance to ensure optimal watering schedules for all plantings. Provide snow plowing services during winter months to keep pathways and driveways accessible and safe. Support construction projects involving site preparation, excavation with equipment such as excavators, and installation of landscape features. Perform routine inspections of trees for health and safety concerns; execute tree trimming or removal as needed with proper safety procedures. Ensure all grounds are kept clean, safe, and visually appealing by removing debris and performing regular upkeep tasks. Requirements Proven mechanical knowledge related to landscaping equipment and tools including power tools, hand tools, and machinery like excavators. Ability to operate landscaping machinery such as mowers, snow plows, and tree trimming equipment safely. Physical stamina to perform outdoor work in various weather conditions; ability to lift heavy objects regularly. Valid driver's license required

From $15.00 per hour
