Help with tree care activities like trimming, pruning, and planting to promote healthy growth. Contribute to hardscape installations such as patios, walkways, or retaining walls under supervision. Support irrigation system setup and maintenance to ensure proper watering of landscapes. Perform snow plowing during winter months to keep pathways clear and safe for clients. Skills Basic mechanical knowledge and familiarity with hand tools and power tools. Experience or interest in lawn care, gardening, or landscape maintenance. Knowledge of landscaping techniques including tree trimming, mowing, and horticulture practices. Ability to operate equipment such as excavators or other construction machinery (training provided if needed). Strong understanding of land management tasks like irrigation setup and snow plowing. Good physical stamina for outdoor work in various weather conditions. Excellent teamwork skills with a proactive attitude toward learning new skills in landscaping and maintenance.
