Job Description

Grounds Crew Member/Campus Utility 3.5 3.5 out of 5 stars This position performs seasonal landscaping duties such as removing weeds, replenishing mulch, planting shrubbery, light pruning and raking; Outdoor cleaning of parking lots, sidewalks, porches and walkways; assisting with set-up/tear-down for facility functions; Indoor/Outdoor painting; Available for snow removal (walkways and parking areas of facility and residential); carpet cleaning and other indoor miscellaneous responsibilities during inclement weather. The qualified individual will be responsible to assist in the oversight of seasonal grounds employees.
Qualifications:
Those normally associated with a high school diploma or equivalent; physical abilities for heavy lifting, pushing and pulling, physical labor, walking; ability to function independently with limited supervision. The Village at Morrisons Cove is an EOE.
