Job Description
Job Summary We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Landscape Technician to join our team. This role involves a variety of tasks related to landscape maintenance, lawn care, and horticulture. The ideal candidate will have a passion for outdoor work and possess mechanical knowledge along with experience in using hand and power tools. You will be responsible for maintaining the aesthetic appeal of various properties while ensuring the health and longevity of plants and landscapes. Duties Perform regular lawn care activities including mowing, trimming, and edging to maintain a neat appearance. Conduct landscape maintenance tasks such as planting, weeding, and mulching. Utilize hand tools and power tools effectively for various landscaping projects. Provide tree care services including tree trimming and removal as needed. Assist in hardscape projects such as patios, walkways, and retaining walls. Maintain equipment in good working condition through regular cleaning and minor repairs. Participate in snow plowing during winter months to ensure safe access to properties. Requirements Proven experience in landscaping or related fields is preferred. Strong mechanical knowledge with the ability to operate various hand tools, power tools, and heavy machinery like excavators.. Experience in gardening, lawn care, tree care, snow plowing, and hardscape installation is advantageous. Ability to work outdoors in varying weather conditions while performing physical labor. Strong attention to detail with a commitment to delivering high-quality work. Excellent communication skills and ability to work collaboratively within a team environment.
