Lawn Care Crew Member

GreenCat Mowing & Landscape is hiring for the upcoming season in the Murrysville, Delmont, and Greensburg areas. Primary work includes mowing, trimming, edging, and blowing across a consistent route of residential properties. This is hands-on outdoor work, so you should be comfortable working in the heat and staying active throughout the day. In addition to mowing, there will be opportunities to assist on larger landscaping projects such as mulch and rock installs, grading, and other property improvements. No advanced experience is required for these, but a willingness to learn and work hard is important. We're a small, locally owned company focused on clean, consistent results and taking care of our customers' properties the right way. We value good character, a strong work ethic, and people who take pride in what they do. As the business continues to grow, there will be opportunities to take on more responsibility and move into a leadership role for the right person. Schedule starts at 1-3 days per week, with opportunity for more hours as the season picks up. There may also be opportunities to stay on for winter work depending on availability and performance. Pay starts at $15/hr with opportunity to earn $18-22/hr based on performance and efficiency. Requirements Reliable transportation Able to work outdoors in various weather conditions Able to lift 40+ lbs and stay on your feet throughout the day Some mowing experience required (even if it's just your own property) Able to follow direction and work efficiently Must be dependable and show up ready to work Comfortable occasionally interacting with customers in a friendly and professional manner Strong work ethic and good attitude Athletic background is a plus
