Landscape & Mowing Laborer

Overview Join our dynamic landscape maintenance team as a Landscape & Mowing Laborer and bring outdoor spaces to life! In this energetic role, you'll be responsible for maintaining beautiful lawns, gardens, and hardscape features, ensuring every project meets high standards of quality and aesthetics. Your hands-on work will directly contribute to creating inviting, well-manicured environments that clients will love. This position offers an exciting opportunity to develop your skills in landscaping, lawn care, and outdoor maintenance while working in a fast-paced, team-oriented setting. Responsibilities Operate lawn mowers, trimmers, hand tools, power tools, and other landscaping equipment safely and efficiently to maintain lawns and gardens. Perform mowing, edging, trimming, pruning, and planting to enhance landscape appearance and health. Assist with landscape installation projects including mulching & planting. Use mechanical knowledge to troubleshoot equipment issues and perform basic maintenance or coordinate repairs. Collaborate with team members on larger projects involving excavation or tree trimming to ensure timely completion. Requirements Prior experience or familiarity with lawn care, landscape maintenance, or gardening is preferred but not required. Ability to operate hand tools, power tools, and landscaping equipment safely and responsibly. Mechanical knowledge or experience with equipment such as zero turn mowers, 2 cycle equipment & small equipment is a plus. Strong work ethic with the physical ability to stand, walk, lift heavy objects, and perform outdoor tasks in various weather conditions. Valid driver's license is preferred for operating larger machinery or assisting with project logistics.
