Landscape Crew Member

Job Summary The Crew Member is a key contributor to the execution of landscaping and outdoor projects, supporting the Foreman and Crew Leaders to maintain high-quality work, organized operations, and excellent customer experiences. This role ensures that A Touch of Nature LLC continues to deliver professional, reliable, and safe services for all homeowners.

Qualifications / Experience

Experience in landscaping preferred but not required Ability to safely operate equipment including mowers, trimmers, blowers, and hand tools Strong physical stamina for outdoor work in all weather conditions Attention to detail and commitment to quality workmanship Good communication skills to interact with team members and clients Ability to lift up to 50 lbs Reliable transportation Core Responsibilities Follow direction from the Foreman on-site Assist in maintaining shop, truck, and tool organization Report broken tools or major concerns promptly to the Foreman Arrive on time and ready to work Return tools to home at the end of the day Support team in completing landscaping projects efficiently and safely

Pay:

$18.00 - $24.00 per hour
