Job Description
MGMT Residential seeks a professional Groundskeeper to join its growing team. The Groundskeeper is a responsible and reliable team player who is adaptable and has a desire to grow and evolve with MGMT. Groundskeepers support the property management team by performing property maintenance to maintain private residences, a portfolio of multifamily rental communities, and building openings. The groundskeeper must be able to work independently but also within a team, completing tasks diligently and efficiently. Specifically, Groundskeepers are expected to perform:
- Lawn maintenance: Mowing, seeding, weeding, sod installation, lawn aeration, and landscape design
- Maintaining flowers, bushes, trees, and shrubs
- Fertilizing lawns, trees, and shrubs, and trimming hedges and bushes.
- Hardscaping as needed: adding structure, uniformity, and accessibility to a landscape.
- Preparing outdoor areas for various weather conditions by weatherproofing, covering outdoor furniture with tarps, tying down unsecured items, etc.
- Watering plants
- Operating and maintaining garden and landscaping equipment
- Trash and debris removal
- Pathway and sidewalk care
- Snow removal
- Performs other related duties as assigned Qualifications and Education Requirements
- Proficient English language skills
- High school degree or equivalent from an accredited institution Required Skills

- Strong work ethic
- Passion for creating aesthetically pleasing outdoor environments
- Physical fitness: must be able to lift and move up to 50 lbs, bending, walking, stooping, and traveling long distances.
