Maintenance and ground keeper with a car ( M- F)

Hiring a self-starter Maintenance and groudkeeper with a car to assist with minor repairs, and grounds keeping at our 8 locations in Philadelphia. Spanish is helpful but not necessary. Must have their own transportation. We are seeking a Maintenance and Grounds keeper to join our facilities team and help with minor repairs of our event properties in Philadelphia. The position will inspect properties, troubleshoot issues, and perform maintaince repairs to ensure that equipment and systems operate safely and efficiently. The ideal candidate should possess strong technical skills, hands-on experience, and the ability to work independently or as part of a team.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES

Perform routine maintenance on grounds and building systems. Diagnose mechanical, electrical, or system issues and conduct repairs efficiently and safely. Conduct inspections and preventive maintenance to minimize equipment downtime. Maintain records of repairs, maintenance schedules, and parts inventory. Obtains services of outside contractors when repairs require specialized training. Maintain an inventory of cleaning and maintenance supplies. Respond promptly to maintenance requests and emergencies. Follow safety protocols and ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations. Collaborate with other departments or contractors on larger repair projects. Exhibit the capacity to complete projects and tasks efficiently.
