  • Part-time, Full-time, Contract Experienced Landscape Laborer NeededAbout the Job M&M Landscaping is seeking an experienced Landscape Laborer to join our growing team.
We are looking for someone who understands the full landscape maintenance process and can work independently while maintaining a high standard of quality. This position is ideal for someone with experience in professional landscape maintenance who takes pride in clean work, shows up on time, and understands how to operate efficiently on residential and commercial properties. What You'll Be Doing Professional landscape edging and bed definition Mulch installation and landscape bed maintenance Mowing and lawn maintenance String trimming (weed whacking) Blowing and final property cleanup Shrub trimming and pruning Seasonal cleanups Weed control and bed maintenance Loading and unloading equipment and materials Assisting with landscape installation projects as needed Requirements Previous landscape maintenance experience required Experience with professional edging techniques Must have a current valid driver's license Must be legally able to drive company vehicles and trucks Reliable transportation to and from work Ability to lift 50-80 lbs consistently Dependable and punctual Ability to work independently and as part of a team Comfortable operating commercial landscape equipment Positive attitude and strong work ethic Preferred Qualifications Experience operating stand-on or zero-turn mowers Landscape installation experience Trailer towing experience Knowledge of plant identification and pruning Clean driving record Compensation Competitive pay based on experience and productivity Consistent work available throughout the season Opportunity for increased responsibility and advancement Small, efficient crew environment How to
