Overview Join our dynamic team as a Landscape Laborer and become an essential part of transforming outdoor spaces into beautiful, functional environments! Whether you're trimming trees, installing hardscape features, or maintaining lawns, you'll play a vital role in delivering high-quality results that delight clients and enhance communities. This paid position is perfect for motivated individuals eager to develop their skills in horticulture, landscaping, and outdoor maintenance. Duties Perform landscape maintenance tasks including mowing, edging, pruning, and trimming trees using hand tools and power tools to ensure healthy growth and aesthetic appeal. Assist with planting flowers, shrubs, trees, and installing irrigation systems to support healthy landscape development. Operate construction equipment such as excavators and other machinery safely for site preparation and hardscape installation. Maintain lawns and gardens through mowing, fertilizing, aerating, and snow plowing during seasonal changes to keep outdoor spaces pristine year-round. Support tree care activities including trimming, pruning, and removal to promote safety and landscape health. Help install hardscape features like patios, walkways, retaining walls, and other outdoor structures with precision and attention to detail. Conduct regular inspections of landscape areas to identify maintenance needs or hazards, ensuring safety standards are met at all times. Requirements Basic mechanical knowledge combined with familiarity using hand tools, power tools, and landscaping equipment such as lawn mowers and trimmers. Prior experience or interest in lawn care, landscape maintenance, gardening or horticulture is highly desirable. Strong physical stamina with the ability to stand, walk, lift heavy objects, and perform outdoor tasks in various weather conditions. Excellent teamwork skills with a proactive attitude toward learning new skills in landscaping and outdoor maintenance. Valid driver's license
