Job Description

Landscaper/Grounds Maintenance Worker Pittsburgh, PA $18 - $22 an hour $18 - $22 an hour Landscaper/Grounds Maintenance Worker Steiner Realty is a property management firm in the Pittsburgh area. We are currently looking for an all-around handyperson who can handle landscaping duties as well as misc. projects inside our buildings during winter. Our main office is located in Edgewood, but work is not limited to the East End. We also have properties in the Shadyside Area, South Hills, Moon/Coraopolis Area as well as Bellevue/Avalon area. Work hours are 7:30am-4:00pm Monday through Friday. We offer very competitive pay, mileage reimbursement, PTO, 401K with employer contribution, health, dental and vision insurance. Additionally, we offer performance-based bonuses and yearly pay raise reviews. Tools, equipment, and uniforms are provided. Please send a resume and/or a letter of interest.
Core Duties and Responsibilities:
Maintaining curb appeal of the buildings and properties Landscaping tasks such as branch removal, mulching, lawn mowing, hedge trimming, and maintaining the grounds of the buildings Snow removal, snow plowing during the winter Required Qualifications Ability to organize, prioritize, and complete multiple tasks. Ability to effectively work as part of a team. Ability to pass background check. Own and be able to comfortably use a smartphone. Valid PA driver's license and a vehicle to get you to and from jobsites. Able to speak and understand English. •Pay rate based on prior experience
