Landscape Technician

Landscape Technician Erb's Landscaping Pocono Lake, PA $19 to $22 an hour Seasonal position with winter work available Monday through Friday, 7:30 AM to 4:30 PM Erb's Landscaping is hiring a Landscape Technician . We're looking for someone who knows how to work hard, pays attention to the details, and takes pride in leaving a job looking right. If you've got some landscape experience, can handle outdoor work, and want to keep learning, we want to talk. This is not a mowing route job. Our team works on landscape cleanups, mulching, planting, pruning, site work, and hardscape support. The days can vary, the work is hands-on, and there's a real opportunity to grow if you show up with the right attitude. What you'll be doing Planting, mulching, pruning, and seasonal cleanups Raking, site cleanup, and detail work at the end of the job Using hand tools and helping landscape and site crews Loading trucks and materials at the shop Supporting small equipment work and learning new skills Helping with snow operations in winter when needed What we're looking for Some landscape experience required Design/build experience is a plus Valid driver's license required Able to lift 50 pounds Able to work outside in the heat and cold Shows up on time and ready to work Safety-minded Comfortable around equipment and willing to learn Strong work ethic Takes direction well and respects the team Cares about doing clean, quality work What we offer $19 to $22 per hour Paid holidays Boot reimbursement Overtime opportunities when available Winter work available Opportunity to learn different parts of the trade Room to grow for the right person Why Erb's We care about quality.
