Duties Assist with lawn mowing, edging, and general landscaping tasks to maintain pristine outdoor areas Operate hand tools, power tools, and small machinery such as excavators under supervision for landscape projects Support tree trimming, pruning, and shrubbery care to promote healthy growth and aesthetic appeal Help install hardscape features like patios, walkways, and retaining walls with precision and care Maintain irrigation systems and perform garden upkeep to ensure vibrant plant health Conduct snow plowing during winter months to keep pathways safe and accessible Perform routine maintenance on equipment and tools to ensure safety and efficiency on site Requirements Basic mechanical knowledge and familiarity with hand tools and power tools Experience or interest in lawn care, gardening, landscape maintenance, or horticulture Ability to operate small machinery such as excavators or snow plows is a plus but not required Strong work ethic with a positive attitude and willingness to learn new skills Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions while maintaining safety standards Knowledge of tree care practices, irrigation systems, or construction is advantageous Excellent teamwork skills with the ability to follow instructions carefully Embark on a rewarding journey where your energy fuels beautiful outdoor environments!
