Tree Climber/Groundsman

Overview We are seeking a skilled and dedicated Tree Climber/ groundsman to join our team. We are a new tree service based out of Taylor,PA. We are growing very fast and are looking for someone who can potentially run a crew. We are open to paying a higher hourly wage with incentives for the right person. We like to have a quality team and friendly atmosphere. We are hoping to find someone willing to grow with the company. Duties Climb trees using appropriate techniques and equipment to perform trimming, pruning, and removal tasks. Operate bucket trucks safely to access higher branches and perform necessary tree care duties. Conduct inspections of trees to assess their health and identify any potential hazards or diseases. Maintain tools and equipment in good working condition, ensuring safety protocols are followed. Collaborate with team members to execute landscape maintenance projects efficiently. Provide excellent customer service by communicating effectively with clients regarding tree care needs. Skills Proficiency in tree trimming techniques and tree care best practices Familiarity with bucket operation and safe climbing practices. Ability to operate rigging equipment for safe tree removal processes. Ability to operate skid steer. Strong physical fitness to handle the demands of climbing and lifting heavy materials.
