URGENT HIRING
- Landscape & Hardscape Laborer Top Pay for the Right Person - Reliability is a Must We are a growing landscape and hardscape company looking for a dependable, hardworking laborer to join our team immediately. We offer competitive pay based on experience , steady work, and opportunities to learn valuable skills in the landscaping and hardscaping industry.
What You'll Be Doing:
Installing patios, walkways, retaining walls, and other hardscape features Planting trees, shrubs, and landscape materials Mulching, grading, and site preparation Operating hand tools and power equipment Loading, unloading, and moving materials Assisting crew leaders with daily project tasks Maintaining a clean and professional job site
What We're Looking For:

RELIABLE
attendance and punctuality ✅ Strong work ethic and positive attitude ✅ Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions ✅ Ability to lift 50+ pounds regularly ✅ Transportation to and from work ✅ Landscaping, hardscaping, construction, or labor experience is a plus, but we're willing to train the right person Compensation & Growth Competitive starting pay based on experience Performance review after the probationary period Pay increase available upon successful completion of the probationary period based on attendance, reliability, work quality, and attitude Opportunities to learn new skills and advance within the company Overtime opportunities available
