Duties Maintain lawns, gardens, and landscaped areas through mowing, trimming, pruning, planting, and watering to promote healthy growth. Operate power tools such as lawnmowers, hedge trimmers, blowers, and other landscaping equipment safely and efficiently. Perform routine groundskeeping duties such as leaf removal, debris cleanup, and soil preparation to keep outdoor spaces tidy and attractive. Use hand tools like shovels, rakes, pruners, and spades for planting and landscape shaping projects. Assist with seasonal planting projects and landscape design enhancements to improve aesthetic appeal. Qualifications Prior experience in landscaping or groundskeeping is great but not required; training will be provided for motivated candidates. Knowledge or willing to learn of horticulture principles and plant care techniques to maintain healthy landscapes. Ability to operate power tools and hand tools safely while adhering to safety protocols. Strong physical stamina with the ability to stand, bend, lift heavy objects, and perform outdoor labor for extended periods. Good communication skills and a team-oriented attitude to collaborate effectively with colleagues.
