This candidate should have excellent leadership skills and have a sense of urgency to get things done from day to day. We are looking for a very positive, CAN-DO person to fill this position. This individual will be responsible for helping to keep the operation clean and safe. Requirements Excellent leadership skills including the ability to work with a diverse team Sense of urgency at work and commitment to keeping building and grounds in tip-top condition Must be always committed to 100% customer satisfaction Ability to work hands on•-alongside staff Must be flexible and able to take on new challenges and systems Be flexible to changes in duties Ability to lift 50•75 lbs. Responsibilities Transport trash and waste to disposal area Work outside for an extended amount of time regardless of the weather conditions Must have a valid driver's license Power washing Heavy equipment operation Dumping trash Picking up trash Mowing Weed eating Painting Cleaning Diesel and gas islands Cleaning driveways and sidewalks Landscaping Fertilizing lawn Benefits Paid
