The ideal candidate will have a passion for outdoor work and a strong understanding of landscape maintenance and enhancement. This role involves various tasks related to groundskeeping, lawn care, and hardscape installation, ensuring that our clients' outdoor spaces are well-maintained and visually appealing. Responsibilities Perform regular lawn care activities including mowing, fertilizing, and aerating. Operate hand tools and power tools safely and efficiently for various landscaping tasks. Assist with the installation of hardscape elements such as patios, walkways, and retaining walls. Implement irrigation systems to ensure proper watering of plants and lawns. Provide tree care services including pruning, trimming, and removal as needed. Conduct snow plowing during winter months to maintain accessibility for clients. Maintain cleanliness and organization of tools and equipment after use. Collaborate with team members to complete projects on time while adhering to quality standards. Requirements Experience in groundskeeping or landscaping is preferred but not required. Proficiency in using hand tools and power tools related to landscaping tasks. Knowledge of lawn care techniques, including mowing practices and pest management. Familiarity with snow plowing operations is a plus. Ability to build structures such as fences or garden beds is advantageous. Strong attention to detail with a commitment to delivering high-quality work. Physical stamina to perform manual labor in various weather conditions is essential. A valid driver's license may be required for transporting equipment between job sites.
