Duties Assist with planting, pruning, watering, and fertilizing a variety of plants, shrubs, and trees to promote healthy growth. Operate hand tools and power tools safely to perform tasks such as edging, trimming,and soil preparation. • Perform landscape maintenance tasks such as mulching, raking leaves, removing debris, and installing new features. Follow safety protocols at all times while handling equipment to ensure a secure working environment. Requirements Prior experience or knowledge in gardening, horticulture, or landscape maintenance is highly desirable. Ability to operate hand tools such as shovels, pruners, rakes, and hoes confidently; experience with power tools is a plus. Physical stamina to perform outdoor work in various weather conditions; ability to stand, bend, lift heavy objects, and perform manual labor efficiently. A proactive attitude with excellent attention to detail and a willingness to learn new skills related to gardening and landscape upkeep.
