Lawn Care Crew Member

Overview Monde's Lawn Care is looking to add a dependable and hardworking team member to our growing crew. This is a full-time, hands-on position for someone who takes pride in their work and can keep up in a fast-paced outdoor environment. We focus on quality work, efficiency, and maintaining a strong team culture. This is a physical job with consistent hours and opportunities to grow within the company. Duties & Responsibilities Perform lawn mowing, trimming, and edging on residential and commercial properties Operate equipment including stand-on mowers, trimmers, and blowers Complete seasonal services such as cleanups, mulching, shrub trimming, and light landscape work Maintain a professional appearance on all job sites Follow directions and work efficiently as part of a team Assist with loading/unloading equipment and daily truck/trailer organization Qualifications Reliable transportation to and from work Driver's license and ability to obtain DOT medical card Ability to work outdoors in all weather conditions Strong work ethic and positive attitude Ability to perform physically demanding labor (lifting, walking, standing for long periods) Quick learner with the ability to follow direction and keep pace with the crew Punctual and dependable Preferred (not required): Previous lawn care or landscaping experience Experience operating commercial equipment Truck & trailer experience Schedule Full-time, Monday-Friday Typical hours: 6:30 AM - 3:30 PM Occasional Saturdays as needed

Pay:

$19.00 - $25.00 per hour
