As a Professional Landscape Gardener, you will help maintain and improve commercial properties throughout the spring, summer, and fall seasons, while also supporting snow and ice operations during the winter months. Key Responsibilities Landscaping Duties (Spring-Fall) Perform lawn mowing, trimming, edging, and blowing Plant shrubs, flowers, and trees Spread mulch, loam, and seed Assist with landscape installations and seasonal cleanups Operate landscaping equipment, including mowers, trimmers, backpack blowers, and hedge trimmers Maintain clean, professional, and safe job sites Load and unload materials, tools, and debris Support general property enhancement and maintenance projects Snow Removal Duties (Winter) Shovel snow from walkways, entrances, and designated areas Apply ice melt and sand to reduce slippery conditions Assist with snow and ice operations for commercial properties Work during snow events, including nights, early mornings, weekends, and holidays as needed Qualifications Previous landscaping, gardening, or outdoor labor experience preferred Valid driver's license preferred Ability to perform physically demanding work, including lifting 50+ lbs Comfortable working outdoors in various weather conditions Reliable transportation to job sites or meeting locations Ability to work well independently and as part of a team Experience operating landscaping equipment or participating in snow operations is a plus What We Offer Opportunities for year-round employment Competitive pay based on experience Overtime opportunities during peak seasons and storm events Opportunities for advancement within the company Hands-on training and skill development Supportive team environment and professional growth opportunities Ideal Candidate We are looking for dependable individuals who take pride in creating and maintaining well-kept outdoor spaces.
