Our client, a prominent organization in the Anderson, SC area, is seeking a dedicated Building and Grounds Maintenance Specialist to join their team. As a vital member of the facilities management team, you will play a key role in maintaining the safety, cleanliness, and aesthetic appeal of the grounds and building interiors. The ideal candidate will demonstrate reliability, attention to detail, and a proactive approach to maintenance tasks, ensuring a welcoming environment for all visitors and staff.

8a-5p What's the Job? Perform building and grounds maintenance, including electrical work such as outlets and light fixtures Conduct housekeeping duties in the clubhouse to ensure a clean and inviting environment Pressure wash grounds and maintain landscaping, including trash pickup, weeding, and flower planting Supervise subcontractors responsible for lawn maintenance and repairs Lift and move items weighing up to 50 pounds as needed for various maintenance tasks What's Needed? Experience in building and grounds maintenance or related fields Basic electrical skills, including outlets and light fixtures Ability to perform physical tasks such as lifting and pressure washing Strong supervision skills to oversee subcontractors and maintenance activities Background check required What's in it for me?
