We specialize in design-build projects including patios, retaining walls, outdoor living spaces, and landscape installations. Position Overview We are looking for a Landscape Install Laborer to join our team. This role is hands-on and focused on installing landscaping and hardscape projects. You'll work alongside a crew to bring outdoor spaces to life—from planting and sod to pavers and retaining walls. No two days are the same, and there is strong opportunity to grow into leadership roles.

Responsibilities Assist with installation of:

Sod, plants, trees, and mulch Paver patios, walkways, and retaining walls Drainage and basic irrigation systems Load, unload, and transport materials and equipment Operate basic landscaping tools (shovels, wheelbarrows, compactors, etc.) Maintain a clean and organized job site Follow directions from foreman and crew leaders Work efficiently to meet project deadlines Adhere to safety standards and company expectations Requirements Landscaping or construction experience preferred (not required) Ability to perform physical labor in outdoor conditions daily Ability to lift 50+ lbs repeatedly Strong work ethic and positive attitude Reliable transportation to and from job sites Valid driver's license (higher pay for those who can drive company trucks) Willingness to learn and grow within the company What We're Looking For Someone who shows up on time and ready to work Coachable and willing to take direction Takes pride in doing quality work Team player who works well with others Benefits Competitive pay: $16-$20/hour based on experience Overtime opportunities Opportunity for advancement (Crew Leader / Foreman roles) Paid training Consistent, year-round work Supportive and team-oriented environment Why P3 Design Build?
