Community Porter/Housekeeper Location:

You'll help turn apartments into homes and common areas into gathering places. What You'll Do As a key part of our team, you'll be responsible for keeping the community in tip-top shape, from preparing new apartments to maintaining shared spaces.

Your day-to-day includes:

Preparing apartments for new residents with care and attention Keeping community areas—like clubhouses, gyms, and lounges—sparkling and welcoming Handling light maintenance tasks (painting, filter changes, replacing light bulbs) Operating cleaning equipment and maintaining supplies Reporting and helping address minor repair needs You'll be the heart of our community—helping make it a place people are proud to call home. What We're Looking For We're looking for someone who: Takes pride in a job well done Is reliable, self-motivated, and a great teammate Communicates clearly and respectfully with others Is willing to travel between local properties Can work a flexible schedule (weekends/on-call rotation) Bonus if you have: 1+ year of housekeeping or custodial experience Experience with carpet and upholstery cleaning What We Offer Competitive pay at $16/hour to $18/hour Supportive, respectful team environment Ongoing training and development Opportunities for growth within Madison Communities A smoke-free work environment
