Job Description
Job Summary We are looking for a dependable, hardworking Hardscaping/Landscaping Crew Member to join our growing team. The ideal candidate enjoys working outdoors, takes pride in quality craftsmanship, and works well in a team environment. Experience is preferred but not required—we're willing to train motivated individuals with a strong work ethic and positive attitude. Responsibilities Install paver patios, walkways, retaining walls, fire pits, and other hardscape features Perform landscape installation including sod, mulch, plants, shrubs, and trees Operate hand tools, power tools, and landscaping equipment safely Load, unload, and transport materials to and from job sites Assist with grading, excavation, drainage, and site preparation Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment Follow project plans and directions from crew leaders Provide professional, courteous service to customers Qualifications Landscaping or hardscaping experience is a plus but not required Ability to perform physically demanding work in various weather conditions Capable of lifting 50+ pounds repeatedly Reliable transportation to and from work Valid driver's license preferred Strong work ethic, punctuality, and willingness to learn Ability to work well with a team and follow instructions What We Offer Competitive pay based on experience Overtime opportunities On-the-job training and advancement opportunities Supportive team environment Consistent work (if applicable) Company-provided equipment and safety gear If you're someone who enjoys working outdoors, takes pride in building beautiful outdoor spaces, and wants to be part of a team that values quality and reliability, we'd love to hear from you.
