Job Type:
Full-time / Part-time (based on availability and performance)
Pay:
$16/hour to start, based on reliability and work ethic
Raises:
Performance-based raises available within 60 days
About Us:
Topnotch Landscaping Services LLC is a locally owned company that values hard work, respect, and teamwork. We're seeking motivated individuals who take pride in their work and want to grow with a company that supports them.
Responsibilities:
  • Mow, edge, and maintain lawns and properties
  • Remove and install mulch
  • Plant flowers, shrubs, and seasonal arrangements
  • Prune shrubs and trees
  • Set stones, borders, and assist with hardscaping projects
  • Keep job sites clean and professional
  • Follow instructions and work efficiently with minimal supervision
