We are looking for the top 1% of workers to work along side us. Position Overview We are seeking an experienced Landscape Crew Lead to join our team. As Crew Lead, you will be the on-site leader responsible for directing a small crew (typically 1-2 hardworking members), ensuring high-quality work, and delivering exceptional service to our residential and commercial clients. This is a hands-on role where you will both lead and actively participate in daily landscaping tasks. You must have excellent communication skills. Key Responsibilities Lead and supervise a crew in daily operations including mowing, trimming, edging, leaf removal, shrub pruning, mulching, bed maintenance, and other landscape services. Ensure all work is completed efficiently, safely, and to the highest quality standards. Communicate effectively with the owner and clients regarding job progress, issues, and special requests. Maintain and care for company equipment, vehicles, and tools. Train and mentor crew members on best practices and safety protocols. Help plan daily routes and manage time effectively to maximize productivity. Uphold our company values of professionalism, honesty, and neighborly care in every interaction with customers and co-workers. Requirements Minimum 2-3+ years of professional landscaping experience and excellent interpersonal skills. Excellent strength and stamina . Regular lifting of 75+ lbs. may be required. Strong knowledge of lawn care, plant material, equipment operation, and landscape maintenance techniques. Valid driver's license with an excellent if not clean driving record (CDL is a plus). Ability to work outdoors in all weather conditions and perform the most demanding physical labor. Leadership skills with the ability to motivate and direct a team. Reliable , punctual , and detail-oriented with strong communication skills. Your own transportation to and from work. Excellent communication skills.
