Your Role:
Groundskeeper As a PMG Groundskeeper, you'll be responsible for the daily presentation, cleanliness, and upkeep of our property. You'll play a vital role in creating a beautiful, welcoming environment for our residents and guests. Key Responsibilities Maintenance & Grounds Care Maintain property grounds, common areas, and building exteriors Remove trash from office areas, dumpster corrals, and community perimeter daily Assist with "trash outs" of vacant units Support maintenance staff in cleaning apartments, models, and common areas Report maintenance needs in apartments or shared spaces Perform light troubleshooting of mechanical, carpentry, and electrical issues Maintain pool cleanliness and chemical levels (if applicable) Check irrigation systems regularly Perform routine preventative maintenance Resident & Team Support Represent the property with professionalism at all times Assist with resident communication (notices, flyers, etc.) Contribute to resident satisfaction and retention efforts Support community events and PMG "Gives Back" initiatives Administrative & Compliance Follow company policies and safety protocols Stay compliant with required training and certifications Maintain accurate logs and equipment use as needed Why Join Phillips Management Group? Requirements:
Education & Experience High school diploma or GED required 1-3 months of experience in groundskeeping or similar field preferred Skills Strong organizational skills and attention to detail Friendly, professional demeanor with a customer service mindset Certifications (Preferred, Not Required)
CFC, CPO, HVAC
