Duties Perform routine landscape maintenance including mowing, trimming, edging, and planting to keep outdoor areas pristine and inviting Operate hand tools, power tools, lawn mowers, snow plows, excavators, and other machinery safely and efficiently Conduct tree care activities such as pruning, trimming, and planting to promote healthy growth and safety Maintain irrigation systems by inspecting, repairing, or installing components to ensure proper watering schedules Execute hardscape projects including installation of patios, walkways, retaining walls, and other landscape features Assist with seasonal tasks such as snow plowing during winter months and gardening in spring and summer Support construction projects related to landscaping or property improvements with excavation or other heavy equipment as needed Skills Strong mechanical knowledge with the ability to troubleshoot and repair landscaping equipment and tools Experience in lawn care, landscape maintenance, gardening, and horticulture practices Proficiency with hand tools, power tools, and heavy machinery such as excavators for construction or land clearing tasks Knowledge of tree care techniques including trimming, pruning, and planting for safety and aesthetic purposes Familiarity with irrigation systems installation and maintenance to ensure efficient water use Ability to operate snow plowing equipment safely during winter seasons Excellent understanding of landscaping principles including hardscape design and general property upkeep This role is perfect for motivated individuals eager to develop their skills in outdoor maintenance while making a tangible impact on beautiful landscapes.
