Landscape Maintenance Team Member Position

Qualifications Valid driver's license and a clean driving record (required) US work authorization (required) At least 1 year of landscape experience (preferred) High School or equivalent (preferred) Experience towing trailers (preferred) Job Expectations and Duties Detail-oriented with the ability to take instruction and learn Team player with a great attitude Committed to proper care of equipment and work truck Arrive at work daily and on time Maintenance Team Members are expected to utilize equipment and tools effectively to carry out all landscape maintenance activities including but not limited to detailed pruning, weed control, irrigation troubleshooting, mowing, and edging. Installation/Hydroseed Team Members are expected to carry out all duties assigned for each project including but not limited to flower installation, planting of trees/shrubs, irrigation installation/repair, mulching, fertilizing, grading, soil preparation, sod installation, hydroseed mixing/application. Compensation Job Type:

Full-time with overtime for hours worked over 40 hours each week.

Pay:

$15.00 - $21.00 per hour based on experience and qualifications Biweekly payroll with direct deposit.
