Landscaper/Groundskeeper

Overview We are seeking dedicated and hardworking individuals to join our team as Landscape Laborers. In this role, you will be responsible for various tasks related to landscaping, groundskeeping, and maintenance of outdoor spaces. The ideal candidate will have a passion for working outdoors and a willingness to learn new skills in landscape design and maintenance. Duties Perform general landscaping tasks including mowing, trimming, and edging lawns. Assist in the installation of hardscape features such as patios, walkways, and retaining walls. Dig and prepare soil for planting flowers, shrubs, and trees. Operate hand tools and equipment safely and efficiently for various landscaping projects. Maintain irrigation systems to ensure proper watering of plants and lawns. Provide groundskeeping services including leaf removal, snow plowing, and debris cleanup. Collaborate with team members to complete projects on time while adhering to quality standards. Follow safety protocols to maintain a safe working environment. Qualifications Previous experience in landscaping or groundskeeping is preferred but not required. Mechanical knowledge is a plus for operating and maintaining equipment. Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions. Strong physical stamina to perform manual labor tasks including lifting, digging, and standing for extended periods. Familiarity with hand tools used in landscaping such as shovels, rakes, pruners weed-eater, edger. A positive attitude and willingness to learn new techniques related to gardening and landscape maintenance. Reliable transportation to travel to job sites as needed.
