Overview Join our dynamic team as a Landscape Laborer and be a vital part of transforming outdoor spaces into beautiful, functional environments. This energetic role offers the opportunity to work outdoors, engage in diverse landscaping projects, and develop valuable skills in landscape construction. Responsibilities Assist with landscape installation, including planting trees, shrubs, and flowers using hand tools and power tools. Perform lawn care tasks such as mowing, edging, fertilizing, and aerating to ensure healthy turf. Maintain landscape features by pruning trees and shrubs, trimming hedges, and performing tree care activities. Help with general landscape maintenance tasks including weeding, mulching, and debris removal to keep sites pristine. Requirements Basic mechanical knowledge to operate hand tools, power tools, and small machinery effectively. Prior experience or familiarity with lawn care, landscape maintenance, or gardening is preferred. Ability to perform physical tasks outdoors in various weather conditions; stamina for lifting and manual labor. Knowledge of landscaping techniques such as mowing, tree trimming, hardscape installation, and horticulture principles. Strong attention to safety procedures when handling equipment like excavators or power tools. Excellent teamwork skills with a proactive attitude toward learning new skills in construction and landscape care.
