Job Description Beautiful outdoor spaces create lasting first impressions. This role focuses on maintaining the resort's grounds to ensure a clean, attractive, and welcoming environment for all who visit.

Duties:

Operate pickup truck and/or a golf cart in daily work. Empties all trash cans at pools, three story buildings and team member parking lot as needed. Disposes of grease and cooking oil in proper containers. Pick up trash from curbs on property and surrounding areas to highway. Sweeps curbs and sidewalks. Cleans grounds and removes litter. Empty trash cans in the public area buildings Empty dumpsters. Operates trash compactor. Empties recycle bins. Breaks down cardboard items and places in appropriate containers. Leaves work area in a clean, neat and safe condition. To excel in this role, you must embody our core values of integrity, passion, and a strong work ethic. These values are essential to our success, and we are looking for someone who shares out commitment. Qualifications High school diploma or general education degree GED. The Team Member must regularly lift and/or move up to 50 pounds. Follow instructions without close supervision. Must be able to work weekends and holidays as needed. Required to pass a background screen, drug test, and prove eligibility to work in the United States.
