Job Summary Join our dynamic team as a Landscaper/Groundskeeper and play a vital role in maintaining beautiful, functional outdoor spaces. Duties Perform lawn care tasks including mowing, edging, trimming, and fertilizing to keep grass healthy and vibrant Maintain landscape features such as flower beds, shrubs, trees, and hardscape elements with precision and care Operate hand tools, power tools, and machinery such as excavators for planting, grading, or construction projects Conduct tree care activities including trimming, pruning, and removal to promote healthy growth and safety Install and maintain irrigation systems to ensure proper watering of landscapes Support landscape construction projects involving hardscape installation like patios or walkways Requirements Proven mechanical knowledge related to landscaping equipment and tools Experience with lawn care, gardening, and general landscape maintenance Ability to operate hand tools, power tools, and larger machinery such as excavators safely and effectively Knowledge of horticulture principles and plant care techniques Familiarity with tree care practices including trimming and pruning Strong understanding of irrigation systems and their maintenance Prior experience in construction or hardscape installation is a plus Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions with physical stamina and attention to detail Join us in transforming outdoor spaces into vibrant environments!
