Grounds Crew Member

Job Summary:

The Golf Course Grounds Crew is responsible for the daily maintenance and care of the golf course and its surrounding landscape. This role ensures that the playing conditions remain optimal and that the course presents a visually appealing and safe environment for members and guests.

Key Responsibilities:

Ability to efficiently work Mow, trim, and edge fairways, greens, tees, and roughs. Rake and maintain bunkers and sand traps. Water turf, trees, and plants as needed. Operate and maintain equipment assigned to you and tools. Repair divots, ball marks, and perform sod work as required. Assist with course setup including tee markers, hole locations, and signage. Maintain cleanliness of all groundskeeping areas, facilities and equipment. Support seasonal tasks such as leaf removal, aeration, and overseeding.

Qualifications:

Prior landscaping or groundskeeping experience preferred. Ability to work outdoors in varying weather conditions. Familiarity with groundskeeping tools and machinery (mowers, trimmers, etc.). Strong attention to detail and a positive work ethic. Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. and perform physical tasks for extended periods. Willingness to work early mornings, weekends, and holidays as needed. Ability to work in a team environment. Ability to communicate efficiently. Ability to complete assigned tasks.

Working Conditions:

Outdoor environment with exposure to weather and terrain. Work hours may begin before sunrise during peak season.
