Lawn Care Crew Member

Job Summary We are seeking a motivated and dependable Lawn Care Worker to join our dynamic landscaping team. In this role, you will be responsible for maintaining beautiful, healthy lawns and landscapes through a variety of hands-on tasks. Your enthusiasm for outdoor work, combined with your knowledge and passion for landscape maintenance, will help create inviting outdoor spaces that delight clients and enhance community environments. Responsibilities Mow lawns using power tools such as riding mowers, push mowers, and trimmers to ensure well-manicured landscapes. Perform landscape maintenance tasks including edging, trimming, pruning trees and shrubs, and planting flowers or new greenery. Operate hand tools and power equipment like shovels, rakes, blowers, and hedge trimmers safely and efficiently. Assist with irrigation system installation and maintenance to keep landscapes properly watered. Support hardscape projects by preparing sites with excavation equipment such as mini excavators or skid steers when needed. Maintain the health of trees through trimming and tree care practices, ensuring safety and aesthetic appeal. Perform routine equipment inspections, cleaning, and basic repairs to ensure all tools are in optimal condition. Collaborate with team members on landscaping projects that include planting, soil preparation, and garden design. Follow safety protocols at all times to prevent accidents during construction or maintenance activities. Experience Prior experience in lawn care, landscaping, or horticulture is required Mechanical knowledge related to operating power tools, hand tools, excavators, and other landscaping equipment is highly desirable. Familiarity with landscape maintenance practices including mowing, edging, pruning, and irrigation systems is required. Experience working with construction or hardscape projects such as patios or walkways will be advantageous. Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions while maintaining a positive attitude. Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality work are essential for success in this role.

Pay:

From $16.50 per hour
