Description Join our Team as a Landscape Technician The Village at Summerville is seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Landscape Technician to join our team to help create warm, homelike experience for all residents. Key Responsibilities:
The Maintenance Tech is responsible for performing, coordinating, and supervising various aspects of general and preventive maintenance to protect and maintain buildings, equipment, utility and electrical systems. Other job duties also include the following, but not limited to: Maintaining grounds of an 84 acre campus in conjunction with landscape contractor. Ability to troubleshoot cause of electrical and appliance problems and make basic repairs such as resetting breakers and GFCI receptacles, changing out receptacles, lighting, fans, stoves, refrigerators, washing machines, dryers, disposals, etc. Basic troubleshooting of air conditioning systems and diagnosis of problems and changing of filters, cleaning coils, etc. Maintenance of tools and equipment. Moving and assembling furniture. Setup landscape irrigation systems.
Requirements :
High school diploma or GED Valid South Carolina Driver's license with a good driving record. Reasonable computer skills in word processing, spreadsheets, and databases. What We Offer?
