Job Description

Job Overview We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Landscape Technician to join our Project Crew. You will work with a team of skilled technicians to deliver high-quality landscape maintenance, gardening, hardscapes, and lawn care services. This position offers an exciting opportunity to apply your landscaping expertise to create outstanding outdoor spaces. This position offers growth opportunities in the future.
Responsibilities Installation:
Installing softscapes (trees, shrubs, turf) and hardscapes (paver patios, retaining walls, fencing) according to design plans.
Irrigation Systems:
Installing, repairing, and troubleshooting irrigation controllers, valves, piping, and sprinkler heads.
Site Preparation:
Grading, hauling, spreading topsoil/mulch, and preparing sites for installation.
Maintenance & Improvement:
Pruning, planting, and repairing existing landscapes to improve quality.
Landscape Lighting:
Setting up and repairing low-voltage landscape lighting.
Detail Work:
Perform string trimming (weed eating), edging, and power blowing to ensure every property has a clean, professional finish.
Equipment Care:
Conduct basic daily maintenance on your gear (checking oil, cleaning decks, sharpening blades) to keep the "fleet" running smoothly.
Client Interaction:
Represent the company professionally when speaking with homeowners or property managers. Provide training and mentorship to crew members on landscaping techniques, safety procedures, and customer service expectations
Experience Experience:
Previous experience in professional landscaping or mowing is preferred, but we are willing to train the right person with a strong work ethic.
Team Player:
We're a small team—having a positive attitude and a "help-out-where-needed" mindset is essential.
Reliability:
You show up on time and ready to work. Our team (and our clients) depend on you.
Physical Stamina:
Ability to work outside in various weather conditions and lift up to 50 lbs.
Driver's License:

$15.00 - $20.00 per hour
